A phone will do on day one, and a laptop or desktop is fine as well. A connection that holds up and somewhere quiet to work is the whole setup. Whatever is particular to a role gets explained before you agree to anything, and there is never something to buy.
Anywhere from 15 to 30 hours a week is normal here, and the number moves once you settle in. Tell us the window you can cover and we stay inside it — evening and weekend blocks exist on two of the four roles.
Message our HR team on WhatsApp and the conversation usually wraps inside two days, with a start in that same week. The training happens online, before your first shift.
